Risky
Business are
a versatile two-piece band from South West Scotland. Professional and experienced, we are the
ideal choice for weddings, parties, corporate functions, pub gigs, club gigs or galas. Whatever the function, we have
a set-list to suit.
We blend an array of musical instruments, professional quality backing tracks and excellent
vocal parts into an entire evening's entertainment. We play songs from all eras and genres - from 50s rock 'n'
roll, 60s soul, 70s disco, 80s pop, latin, jazz and rock to the present day charts - there's something for everyone.

From our state-of-the-art digital PA system to our on-stage
attire, from our LED lighting rig to our fun-filled stage show, everything about our band has been designed to enhance your
special occasion.
Whilst we have our core material to play, there is scope for you to provide some input to
make your function a truly bespoke and unforgettable event.
We can work with you to tailor your evening and your
inputs can include, for example, choice of first song, timings and other special requests (where practicable!).
What do you offer?
For your function, we are able to provide:
* Low-level background music as you welcome
your guests and during any buffet/presentation breaks.
* Three live performance "spots" with timings
to suit.
* An optional traditional Scottish Country Dancing set - complete with live electronic
pipes. Our Scottish tunes are specially selected for Strip the Willow, The Gay Gordons and The Dashing White
Sergeant.
* Special 70s and/or 80s THEMED SETS - perfect for parties with added fun!

We can
also provide - free of charge - disco music to allow dancing whilst the band are not playing. We'll choose music to suit
your guests and function, creating a party atmosphere ensuring that everyone has a chance to dance!
Additionally, we
are happy for you to bring along your own music and we can play your choices, as long as these are provided in CD or
mp3 formats. Why hire a separate disco when we have the PA, mics and lighting already set-up?
Your special event is extremely
important to you - but making all the arrangements can be a bit stressful. By booking Risky
